The China Environment Forum at the Woodrow Wilson Center is seeking a Program Assistant. This position works as the principal clerical, administrative and financial assistant to the Director of the China Environment Forum (CEF). This position’s responsibility covers a range of duties including but not limited to: tracking expenditures for China Environment Forum project accounts; preparing payment schedules, purchase orders and other materials related to project activities; fielding inquiries on project activities and publications for a small, but busy office; drafting and editing meeting summaries; copy editing/editing research briefs and articles for print or web publications; assisting with workshop coordination and the associated paperwork; developing and maintaining systems for project outreach and communications with related individuals and institutions within and outside the Wilson Center; compiling information for and maintaining the Projects mailing list and databases; and performing other related duties as assigned.
